Ali recently had her baby shower over the weekend where she even did a little charity work for moms in need. The Heroes actress joining forces with Target to set up a registry where her friends and family can donate strollers, diapers and anything else for babies to benefit Baby Buggy instead of receiving a flood of gifts.
