George Lopez is ending his 17 year marriage to wife Ann, who saved his life in 2005.
The Lopez Tonight host is working out details of the split, it was announced today. One thing that the comedian will walk away with in their divorce is his wife’s kidney — Ann donated it to him in five years ago when he was suffering from a genetic condition in which his own were deteriorating.
“George and Ann Lopez have made the decision to end their 17-year marriage,” a rep confirmed. “The decision is amicable and by mutual agreement.” Star
