The actress has been sentenced to jail!
The judge has sent Lindsay Lohan back to jail today. She violated her probation by using drugs again. Even though jail was a possibility it seems to have shocked the family who seemed to be caught off guard. Lohan’s lawyer asked for bail and that request was denied. Her next hearing is on October 22, 2010. Lohan’s mother and father were in the court room.
She definitely wasn’t dressed for jail. The star wore 6 inch Louboutins.
